Over the last 10+ years, his focus has been on bringing IT-enabled business transformation, and CIO services to multiple federal agencies, primarily in the health market. Mr. Derr specializes in CIO advisory services, IT strategic planning, business process engineering, IT lifecycle methodologies, program planning, Portfolio Management, IT-enabled business transformation and data analytics.
